Forager Loves Baker (2011, Helsinki, Finland)

For the very first edition of the Restaurant Day food carnival (believe it or not – it is a Finnish idea!), the Archie clan took a group of people to the forest to pick edible toppings for an ingredient buffet waiting at Kalasatama. The familiar and unknown tastes from nature became pizza toppings DIY-style and were baked in Helsinki’s urban cob oven Archie. Pizzas lined up and around 200 of them were baked. Go Archie, go!
